The kindergarten »Oton Župančič« Slov. Bistrica is a public institutution.
The founder of our kindergarten are the two communities of Slovenska Bistrica and Oplotnica together, with the permission for the foundation of this public institution on 18.12.2000.
The most important task of a kindergarten is providing parents help and support them in upbringing their children, to make possible a better basis for the future life and create a learning environment where the physical and mentally development is possible.
A kindergarten operates in 20 units, wich are to find in 26 areas, with 56 departments.
Headquarters of the institution is located in Slov Bistrica, where the administration operates and is performing all dutys.

THE DIRECTOR OF A KINDERGARTEN
Ivana LESKOVAR, graduated governess
She organized, managed and represend our nursery school. She is also a pedagogical manager, a business organ of our institute and she makes paper and ouder works that are statutorily defined.
